Fares, 12, spends his days pacing the streets of Tunis with his friend Aziz.
From the very beginning, Fares appears to us as a small silhouette, roaming in a dark alley, not knowing where to go, alone. Desperately alone. Where is his family ? Where is his house ? This movie is the tender and delicate portrait of a childhood left on her own and seeking a future. In the almost deserted streets of Tunis, time seems to be frozen, giving up the kids to their own desolation. How to draw a convergence line with no perspective ?
